After reviewing country conditions and consulting with the appropriate U.S. government agencies, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem determined that Yemen no longer meets the statutory requirements for designation for TPS and announced her decision to terminate TPS for Yemen on Feb. 13, 2026.
Yemen’s designation for TPS will terminate on May 4, 2026, 60 days after publication of the Federal Register notice. Aliens can use the CBP Home app to report their voluntary departure from the United States when their status terminates.
